BT Phone Book Advertising

If you wish to advertise in the Phone Book please contact the sales team on 0800 389 8886 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday)

Our Customer Services team are here to assist you with any enquiries you may have post signing your advertising contract. Please contact 0800 833 400 option 1 then option 2 for print, option 3 for online (8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday)

We will endeavour to send you a final artwork Proof of your printed ad before publication of your chosen Phone Book/s. This is a copy of your ad as it will appear in The Phone Book. Whilst every effort is made to create your Artwork Proof as closely as possible to the final production there may be slight variations in ad colour and size.

You can request artwork changes as follows:

  • Online- it's quick and easy and you can attach images showing the changes you need.
  • Post - Clearly mark your required amendments on each proof and post them to - BT Phone Book Operations, First Floor, Midland ATE, Station Street, Birmingham, B5 4AL
  • Fax - you can also fax changes to 01908 860581. Please mark each proof clearly to indicate the changes you require

If you have not received your gratis voucher copy of the Phone Book you can contact BT Directories Customer Service Team who will be happy to provide this to you.
The book usually takes between 6-10 working days and will be delivered by Royal Mail. You can contact Customer Service as detailed below:

Customers have a 5 day cooling off period from the point of sale to cancel their advertising, details of this can be found in our terms and conditions.
All requests relating to the cancellations should be directed to 0800 011 3043 (8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday).

The Phone Disc provides all the listings that are published in the Business and Residential A-Z sections of the BT Phone Book as well as providing UK, world codes and code decoders, plus the facility to add and save listings in your Personal Address Book
It's easy to install, easy to use and allows searching for 12 months.
The BT Phone Disc is available in three versions, all updated quarterly

  • Single User edition - For use on a single, stand-alone machine
  • Network, Multi User edition - 15 concurrent user access
  • Intranet, Multi Site edition - Unlimited number of users

Supply & Delivery Enquiries

Your local Phone Book is delivered annually by delivery contractors. A list of publication months is available from www.thephonebook.bt.com/media/pdf/CompilationDates_18.19.pdf. We aim to deliver each edition of the Phone Book within X weeks of the Publication month.

Yellow Pages is not published by BT, please contact Yell.

Your local Phone Book is determined by your postcode.

BT undertakes extensive mapping exercises to determine the coverage of each of its Phone Books.

BT does not produce a large print Phone Book. BT does however provide a free directory enquiries service to customers who are visually impaired. If you would like to find out if you are eligible for this service please call 0800 587 0195.
