Changes to The Phone Book from BT

We have made a range of improvements to The Phone Book online to make it quicker and easier for you to search for the business you want.

The main changes include:

• Clearer presentation of results for all business and residential listings

• More relevant ordering of business by type results so that businesses that are closer to the location you are searching are presented first

• New re-sort options to enable a change in the ordering of business by type listings on the page

• An option to search for a business across the whole of the UK where you know the business name you want – see our Help section for more details

• Improved search history functionality to allow easy retrieval of results previously viewed during any one browser session

• New context relevant Help pages providing details on how best to carry out your search, whether if be for a Business type or a UK Code

• New Preference options to allow customisation of how business and residential results are presented to you
